BOTANICAL IMMERSION ON MENOPAUSE RAGE
Your rage carries information. Discover how to listen, process and respond.
The rage immersion is a guided, year-long group experience for exploring anger and emotional intensity during perimenopause through physiology, plant wisdom, meaningful practice and compassionate community.
”Righteous rage is the sacred ancestral fury that knows injustice is not meant to be swallowed but spoken, screamed, and sung into being.

What is the Rage Immersion?
Rage can be intense and uncomfortable. It can also be clarifying.
Our 2027 Botanical immersion is a KTM program focused on the intense rising of rage / anger / irritability and other feelings during perimenopause.
Rather than asking you to push it down or explain it away, the rage immersion offers a structured place to become curious about what your anger may be protecting, revealing or asking of you.
It’s a place to be witnessed and bare witness.
Each month, one plant will be introduced and one question will meet you where you are—moving with you through reserve, release, protection, heat, exhaustion, boundary, voice and rest, so the intensity can be experienced with support.
Together, we will explore the relationship between emotional patterns, lived experience and the transitions of perimenopause. You will explore the possibility of support through a greater awareness in intense moments and perhaps even help yourself respond with more sovereignty, self-trust and care.
This is about meeting your power with greater understanding and allowing that understanding to shape what comes next.
The purpose is to utilize plants as support through this time of significant mental, emotional, soulful, physical and spiritual metamorphosis.
What to Expect
Results that may be experienced:
Across a year span, you’ll move through eight facets of rage—reserve, release, protection, heat, exhaustion, boundary, voice and rest—each one carried by a season and plant. You‘ll be invited to get to know one plant a month, return to a contemplative question and notice what’s different before being introduced to this plant and after.
By December, you’ll likely find:
- language for what is showing up in these rising rage intensities
- patterns you recognize about these risings
- a felt sense of your own boundaries and clarity around your needs
- a handful of plants you already know
This program allows you to meet your rage, plant by plant, as you become empowered rather than feeling taken over.
What’s Included:
The live rage immersion
- 12 live group calls (1x/month) via zoom which will center on perimenopause, anger, emotional patterns and integration. These meetups will begin January 12, 2027 and will take place monthly on second Tuesdays;
- quarterly guest faculty (4 x per year) with teachers who are each a powerhouse in their particular expertise;
- focused exploration of one plant each month, chosen for its season and the specific facet of rage it speaks to—reserve, release, protection, heat, exhaustion, boundary, voice, rest;
- a private group space in KTM’s client portal. The space allows for connection and community;
- a guided contemplative question each month—through the lens of these questions, you’ll explore a unique layer of your rage, anger or intense feelings as you build relationship with that month’s plant;
- opportunity in each group call for Q&A;
- recordings and resources for those unable to attend live sessions and as an opportunity to return to again and again;
- by the end of the year, you’ll have a curated Materia Medica of 12 plants—an evolving record of what you learn, experience and notice as you build relationship with each one. You’ll also understand how these plants complement and combine with each other, so you leave with far more than twelve separate allies: a dozen plus options to reach for, alone or blended, whenever intensity rises.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Rage Immersion for me?
The Rage Immersion is for anyone moving through perimenopause who feels surprised, unsettled or overwhelmed by the intensity of their emotions and wants a more meaningful way to understand what is happening.
It may be a fit if you:
- want to understand your anger rather than silence or judge it;
- are looking for support that considers both physiology and lived experience;
- value plant centered and embodied wisdom;
- want practical ways to notice your patterns, needs and boundaries;
- are ready to participate with curiosity, honesty and self responsibility; or
- want a supportive space where you do not have to navigate this season alone.
This is a non-dogmatic program designed to complement the care you choose. Whether your path includes modern medicine, hormone therapy, counseling, herbs or another thoughtful approach, you remain the authority on your body and your decisions. This immersion meets you there.
Why does this program exist?
For as long as we can remember, the intense experiences a female may move through in their body or spirit, (such as rage), has been seen as something to be managed, quieted, medicated or made more palatable.
For generations, people have been given too little context for perimenopause and too little room to speak honestly about how it can feel.
Even as clinical understanding grows, emotional and soul experience is often separated from physiological. Anger may be treated as something to contain rather than something to understand within a larger pattern.
The rage immersion brings these pieces back into conversation: Body and story, evidence and intuition, plants and practice.
When understanding grows, fear can soften. When we recognize our patterns, we gain more choice in how we respond. Season by season, plant by plant, what once felt consuming can become a source of clarity, discernment and change.
What role do plants play?
Each month carries one plant, chosen for the season it arrives in and the particular piece of the rage journey it may speak to—things like release, protection, heat, exhaustion, boundary, voice, rest.
Prior to our Zoom gathering, the “plant of the month,” will be introduced along with a guided question, so you have time to sit with the plant, if that is something you choose, or work energetically and notice what it stirs before we ever meet.
Every time we meet on Zoom, we will discuss this month’s plant and how its wisdom may assist you in exploring the intersection of rage and perimenopause. Because each plant is chosen in relationship to the ones before and after it, the year builds rather than repeats—by December, you will have more than just 12 individual allies. You’ll have a living material medica designed to work together: plants you can reach for on their own, or blend and combine for whatever the moment asks of you.
You will have a deeper knowing of your medicine.
What role do teachers play?
This immersion will provide participants with a faculty of 5 teachers. Sandi Nizzoli will be the primary guide and there will be 4 quarterly guest faculty throughout the year. Each particular teacher is a powerhouse in their expertise and bios can be found below.
